The barbell hour
Squat, press, pull. A coached barbell session on a twelve-week wave, capped at ten lifters so every rep gets seen.

Est. 2014 · Dogpatch
Not a chain. Not a class you survive once. A coached strength house with capped membership, championship-grade equipment, and a programme written for the person you intend to be in five years.
01The house
We stopped selling gym access in 2017. What replaced it is a screen, a written plan, and a coach whose job is to watch you do it — which is why members here get stronger instead of just getting older.
Every member is screened, programmed, and reviewed. A coach who watches you lift is the product — the equipment is just what makes it possible.
We stop selling when the floor gets full. A rack you cannot get to at 18:00 is not a facility, it is a subscription.
Every session is logged and every block ends in a test. Feelings are useful; a number written down twelve weeks apart is better.
Nothing here is designed to look impressive on a phone. It is designed so you are still training, pain-free, in twenty years.
02Disciplines
Every class is capped, coached, and written into a block — not improvised on the day. Pick one, or rotate through all six.
03The floor
Fourteen thousand square feet of former metal shop, laid out so nothing you need is ever behind a queue.

Six competition platforms, calibrated plates, and enough space between racks that nobody has to wait or apologise.

Thirty metres of sled track, a full rack of Concept2 machines, and twenty power-meter bikes in a room built for it.

Sauna, cold plunge, compression, and a treatment room staffed four days a week. Included in every membership.
04The coaches
Twelve coaches, seventy-two combined years on the floor. Each one owns a discipline and answers for it.
05Proof
We publish retention and progression because they are the only two figures that describe whether a gym works.
I had spent four years cycling through gyms and never getting stronger. The difference here was the first twelve weeks — somebody wrote a plan, watched me do it, and changed it when it needed changing. My deadlift went from 90 to 145 kilos and I have not missed a week since.

I joined for the boxing and stayed for the coaching. Theo corrected my stance in the first ten minutes of my first class and I have been chasing the details ever since. It is the only training I have ever done that feels like a skill rather than a chore.

I came back from a herniated disc convinced I was finished with barbells. Jonas screened me, Marcus rebuilt the programme around what I could do, and eighteen months later I squatted a personal best. Nobody rushed it and nobody wrote me off.
